Hi, I'm Zameer. I aim to use my 8 years of clinical experience in UK psychological services to help people recover & feel empowered from current difficulties, or traumatic life events that may have happened.

I am a Clinical Psychologist & EMDR Therapist, registered with the Heath and Care Professions Council. I completed my doctoral training at King’s College London, where I had the pleasure of working with experts in the psychology field. I also completed EMDR training at the EMDR Academy. I have over eight years experience working in National & Specialist NHS services, and in private services. I also have pre-qualification experience working with neurodiversity and neuropsychological conditions.
I have been trained in several models: CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), & Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) Levels 1&2. I also draw from other models, such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I aim to use this experience flexibly and compassionately, in order to support psychological distress in a trauma-informed manner.
